Manuel Padilla
Executive Director, Ministry Center
Manuel Padilla serves as Executive Director of the Northern Hills Ministry Center, where he leads program development, community outreach, and strategic planning.
With a background in IT Management and Leadership Development he is passionate about creating welcoming spaces and strengthening communication across staff, partners, and the community.
You can usually find Manuel at the Ministry Center form Monday to Friday. As Executive Director, Manuel provides oversight and creative direction for the implementation of a new holistic ministry model, helping shape themes, programs, and community gatherings that reflect the needs, strengths, and stories of the people the center serves. He embraces change and is always seeking ways to improve processes, enhance communication, and cultivate a welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and families.
Outside of work, Manuel enjoys visual arts and interior design. He is supported by Susana who is a special education teacher in the local district, and together they are raising two elementary-aged boys.
Born and raised in the Methodist tradition, Manuel remains deeply active in the in the life of the United Methodist connection.
