We exist so people can flourish
Jesus opens the Sermon on the Mount with the word makarios — usually translated “blessed,” but closer to a whole life, lived well, in the reign of God. That’s why we’re here. We can’t hand it to anyone; what we can do is cultivate the conditions where it grows.
At Northern Hills UMC, we recognize that everyone is created in God’s image and is worthy of dignity and respect. We embrace individuals to transform God’s world. It lasts our entire lives — so there’s a way to go deeper for every age. Children’s classes and Vacation Bible School (VBS), student gatherings and retreats, adult studies and fellowship groups. Bible studies and small groups meet throughout the week, for every season and stage of life.

Need food, English classes, a nurse, or a hand with citizenship? You’re welcome here — no membership required, and we’re here every week. Our ministries are relationships you join, not events you attend.
