- Your preferred date and start and end times
- The campus or room you need, if known
- Expected attendance and setup needs
- Any equipment or access needs

Where is the main menu on my phone?
Tap the menu button near the church logo. It opens the main navigation. The small links above the logo also take you to About, Staff, Calendar, Contact, and online worship.
Why does the calendar open a different website?
Northern Hills publishes its calendar through Planning Center Church Center. The Calendar link takes you there so you see the most current event information and registrations.
Where can I find the facilities request?
Select Facility Request in the bottom footer on any page, or go directly to nhumc.org/request.
What should I use the facilities request for?
Use it when a church ministry, class, meeting, or event needs a room, building space, setup, equipment, or other facility support.
What if I do not know which room to request?
Describe the activity, expected attendance, preferred campus, date, and time as clearly as you can. Church staff can use those details when reviewing the request.
What if my plans change after I submit the form?
Contact the church office at 210-654-0881 and explain what changed. Mention the event or ministry name and the date you requested.
What if my request is urgent or happening soon?
Submit the form, then call the church office at 210-654-0881. A website form should not replace a direct call when timing is urgent.
