These groups offer the good news of Jesus Christ and touch the lives of people throughout San Antonio and beyond. We have groups that reach out to the homeless, work with Habitat for Humanity, take God's word into the prisons, and participate in mission trips inside and outside the U.S. to spread God's love.
 
MISSION UNDER THE BRIDGE
A ministry focused on reaching out to the homeless of San Antonio by providing necessary resources and communicating God’s loving grace. Volunteers cook breakfast at Northern Hills, then serve and minister at the bridge across from the SAMM (SAMM Ministries) shelter. You can also assist with this ministry by donating clothing, Bibles, and backpacks (new & used). Click here for the many service opportunities with Mission Under the Bridge. FOOD PANTRY
Northern Hills distributes food to those in need. Volunteers are always needed to pick up and organize the food pantry.

KAIROS PRISON MINISTRY
An interdenominational and continuing Christian ministry designed to meet the spiritual needs of the incarcerated. Twice a year, men and women from local area churches go to the local prisons to work as a team.

HISPANIC OUTREACH MINISTRIES
Ministers to the Hispanic community in San Antonio, partnering with Hispanic Religious Partnership. Volunteers do not have to speak Spanish to participate! Activated as needs and opportunities arise to minister in coordination with other GroupLife and/or youth events.

SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASS
AND SMALL GROUP
OUTREACH PROJECT
 Here is an idea of a great and easy to do outreach project. Designate one day each month to bring something for the food pantry. One Sunday could be "Can of Soup Day" or "Box of Cereal Day". This will help keep the pantry filled throughout the year. For more information on outreach projects that you or your group can get involved in, please contact Jo Hess at 590-1911.

NEW TEAM MEMBERS
GroupLife is looking to add new members to our team. Being part of GroupLife is a great way to help others get connected within the church. We help church members to get involved in serving Jesus Christ through a variety of activities. We generally meet once a month on Sunday after the 11:00 am service.
