YOUTH MINISTRY

Northern Hills has a vibrant ministry for Mid-High and Senior High students. Make an impact on this next generation and volunteer your time to the Youth Ministry.

Sunday & Wednesday Night Youth
Worship and Small Groups

Sunday worship is for sixth grade through high school.
(Light meal for minimal cost is served at 5 p.m.)

Mid-High
Wednesdays, 6:45-8:15 p.m.
Allows only the Mid-High group (6th-8th grades) to interact with each other as a group.

Senior High
Sundays, 5-7 p.m.
Sr. High joins for a meal and worship, then will have the opportunity to socialize and enjoy group activities.

Our Goal:
To become an intimate family of unique worshippers, encountering God in new ways, and living Christ-like lives! Students rush through the doors each week in an attempt to connect with God and one another (large group, small group, food, and occasional games). The flow of the night varies week to week. In addition, students gather together on Sunday mornings at 9:45 and 11 a.m., taking ownership of their faith and asking honest questions. Northern Hills student ministries are making disciples and reaching out to the community each day.

GUITAR ORCHESTRATIONS
When guitarists get together, music happens. But do they work together like a well-oiled machine. Or do they grind against each like #60 sand paper? In this class, we look at how best to musically compliment each other in an orchestrating fashion, and how, like many parts of His body, to bring glory to God by unifying as one.

SAFE at Northern Hills

The goal of this group is to focus on the emotions, feelings, and thoughts resulting from depression, anxiety, and stress that can lead to self-abuse. It is a 12-week, faith based, progressive analysis of each person’s thoughts, feelings, reactions, and beliefs, to collectively learn more positive ways of living and learn more about the situations and thoughts that trigger certain reactions.
